HUTCH
Our most recent project, and definitely a favorite! This is a quaint, short term rental cottage located in Charlottesville, Virginia, and the name comes from its history as a rabbit farm back in the 70s.
THE BURIEN HOUSE
This project was taken from a home in much need of some love to a beautiful living space. One of the major challenges was to renovate the space so that it will work well in the future as three living spaces with the basement and third level that will eventually be renovated into their own separate apartments. I helped project manage the remodel from start to finish as well as decorate the living spaces to prepare it as a furnished rental home in Burien, Washington.
THE
CRESTON HOUSE
This house is our first home purchase, and we are nearing the end of a complete remodel that we've worked on while living here. We have done 99% of the work ourselves, and it has been a true learning and growing experience for both of us! We're very much looking forward to finishing this house and enjoying the fruits of our labor.

Cottage
This adorable cottage was the home I shared with my grandma for 6 months as her roommate before marrying Alex, and after she passed, we decided to do some updates to freshen it up on a budget. We replaced the floor, added a barn door, wallpapered the kitchen, painted the countertops, and replaced all of the fixtures.
